If you want to wear as little as possible, you would wear a bikini, which pretty much covers just the private areas. My favorite bathing suit is a tankini. It is a two-piece with a top that covers my whole torso. The bottoms can be bikini bottoms, but my favorite are bottoms that have a skirt as well. I’ve never seen one, but I've heard there are bathing suits that cover from head to toe for modesty. The main thing is the suits need to be made of material that doesn't stretch or lose shape in water.
